Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo, (R), signed into law an omnibus cannabis legislation last week that doubles the personal possession limit in Nevada and removes industry restrictions.
The bill, sponsored by State Sen. Dallas Harris, (D), increases the limit for cannabis flower from 1 ounce to 2 and half ounces and cannabis concentrate from 8/10 ounce to 1/4 ounce.
