Each city has its own chamber of commerce. However, very few have one that is solely for marijuana.
The Chamber of Cannabis was established in Las Vegas late last year to support the cannabis industry. It has seen a tremendous growth rate since Nevada legalized marijuana in 2017.
This group aims to address specific issues such as introducing social consumption lounges, justice in previous marijuana convictions, reforming DUI laws, and bringing about change.
They are particularly interested in making higher-ranking positions in this industry more accessible to people of color and women.

“Overall, I was not happy with the trajectory for the cannabis industry. I knew that we needed to create a group of passionate professionals who were willing and able to work hard and find solutions.
